privacy.

We collect as little as we can.

Who we are

This site and its emails come from Herbie's Backpack, a small game studio. Reach us at hello@herbiesbackpack.com.

What we collect

When you sign up, we store your email address, the fact that you ticked the consent box, the exact consent wording you agreed to, the date and time, and which ad or link brought you to the page (if the link had tracking tags). We don't collect anything else about you through this site.

How we use it

We only email you because you asked us to. We send news about our games, mostly launch news, and we don't sell, rent or share your email with anyone for their own marketing.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and we act on unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. You can also email hello@herbiesbackpack.com and we'll delete your details.

Where it's stored

Sign ups are stored by our website host, Netlify. Our host may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure.

Our games

Each game will have its own section here before it launches, covering ads, analytics and in app purchases.
